For me, winning isn't something that happens suddenly on the field when the whistle blows and the crowds roar. Winning is something that builds physically and mentally every day that you train and every night that you dream.~ Emmitt Smith, American Football PlayerWinners are not born, they are made - through hours of hardwork and training.
If winning was easy, everyone would be a winner.
Victory won't be sweet anymore - coz it comes too easy.
Winning is never left to fate - it's in your hands. in your head. in your heart.
Some essential ingredients needed to win :
- skills
- physical fitness
- mental strength (never say die - fight till the end, stay focussed)
- teamwork
- being disciplined in carrying out team plan / individual roles
- learning never ends attitude (you stop learning when you think you know best)
Both B and C division players. Ask yourselves why did you suffer similar fate?
Which part of the above ingredients are you lacking as a team and as a player?
How can you perfect the receipe for success?
The importance of a game is not only in winning, but in rising again when you fall - and learning lessons from it.
God bless,
