The Singapore Hockey Federation will be conducting an Umpiring Course for those who are keen to become a certified hockey umpire.The course will be conducted over two days on Saturday 25 November 2006 from 9am to 5pm and on Sunday 26 November 2006 from 9am to 1pm at Delta Stadium Meeting Room.
