girls ! lam here. anyway, sorry i couldnt go down for your match okay ? anyway, i hope each and everyone of you played your best. and no matter what the scoreline was, each of you gave your 110% and fought till the very end. as long as you have a goal, there is no way that none of you all cannot achieve it. rmb everytime you are one goal down, that is the wake up call for you to work even harder. even if you cannot run anymore, you have to push yourself. because this is a team game. if one person decides to give up, the rest will follow suit.

therefore encouragement on and off the pitch is very important. even if a bad pass was made, encourage her with words like "its okay, get the next one, you can do it." instead of "omg, cant you pass better ?" or something like that. reserve players play an important part also because you girls are the 12th player. even though you are not playing on the field, the encouragement and concentration matters to the whole team.

currently, there are 3 more games. CCK and EVG should be games that you all should win. but thats where you guys get the goals and try working out different variations. crescent will be the game that all of you will prove what champs are made of okay ! qualifying for the next round will depend on how much effort you all put in mentally and physically before, during and even after the game.

ive said what ive wanted to say ! come on girls, lets all buck up and trash the other teams and show them who the champions really are. rmb to drive martha out of your head when you are playing ! forwards must keep running ! midfielders must keep thinking ! defenders must think that you are the great wall of stc and nobody will ever go past any one of you. GOALKEEPER ! YOU ARE THE QUEEN OF THE D ! your commmand should be "respected" by all the players. be firm and decisive. you can do it okay !

Congratulations to the players, who have been chosen to represent St Theresa's Convent in the National B Division Hockey Tournament 2007.

Please remember this : Herb Brooks: When you pull on that jersey, the name on the front is a hell of alot more important than the one on the back.

Yes, we are starting with the whole season of the Nationals again. This will be your last chance to represent STC - sec 4s!!! What do you hope to gain out of this tournament? What colour medal would you like to have at the end of the day?

All your hardwork....running...training....laughter....tears....vomit??? What are we working hard for? Do you want it badly enough? Show me....show me that you do. I want to see it in you, in the games. Let actions speak for itself. Time to get fired up Theresians.
